Short on purpose. This site sets no cookies, builds no profile of its visitors and keeps only what you choose to send us.

This website is published by Hush Partners LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware. Registered address: 108 West 13th Street, Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware 19801. The desk is reached through the contact form only, with no phone line and no chat app. Replies come only from addresses ending in @reputation.partners.
Privacy policy
Hush Partners LLC is responsible for the personal data sent through this website and handled in our engagements.
- What we keep: what you type into a form (name or alias, contact details, the name or brand concerned, links, your message) and, once you become a client, the information, links, evidence and correspondence needed to carry out the work. Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, time, page) for 30 days, for security only.
- Why: to answer your request and, if you give us a mandate, to carry it out; to make and follow removal and de-indexing requests on your behalf; to meet our accounting and legal duties; and to keep the site secure. Nothing else. No newsletter, no profiling, no resale.
- Sensitive information: your situation may involve sensitive data, such as health, sex life or alleged offences. We process it only with your explicit consent or where needed for legal claims, restrict it to the case team and never use it for any other purpose.
- Forms: on a page that carries a form, and only there, an automated anti-spam check supplied by an infrastructure provider may load to confirm that the sender is a person. It receives technical data about your browser and connection for that purpose alone. The other pages load nothing from anyone else.
- Who sees it: the members of your case team. Where your file needs it, we share the minimum necessary with partner law firms, search engines, platforms or publishers when making requests on your behalf, and with our hosting and secure communication providers under data processing agreements. We never sell data.
- International transfers: some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
- How long: requests that do not lead to an engagement: 12 months. Engagement files: deleted when the file closes, except records we must keep by law (accounting records, for the period the law sets). Server logs: 30 days.
- Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named people, and encrypted email (PGP) is available on request.
- Your rights: ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw your consent at any time, through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It carries no tracking and no advertising pixel, and runs no analytics that follow you from page to page. Its fonts, scripts and images are served from its own address. The only outside component is the anti-spam check described under Privacy, which loads only on a page that carries a form. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Terms of use
The content of this site is general information, not legal advice. Reading it, using a tool or sending a form creates no client relationship. You may quote the site briefly with attribution; copying, scraping or republishing anything more needs our permission. Tool results are estimates based on what you enter. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
Engagements
- Written engagement only: services are provided only under a separate written engagement letter, which sets out the scope, targets, timelines and fees. If that letter conflicts with these terms, the letter prevails.
- Ethics: before accepting an engagement we assess it against our ethics charter. We may decline any engagement without giving reasons.
- Fees: we do not publish prices. Every engagement is quoted individually after an audit. Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope and valid for 30 days. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter.
- What we cannot promise: search engines, platforms, publishers and courts make their own decisions. We commit to specific targets only where we have a documented route to reach them. We do not guarantee that any content will be removed, de-indexed or outranked, or that it will not reappear.
- Your part: give us accurate and complete information, only ask us to act on content you have a genuine basis to challenge, approve content published in your name before it goes out, and tell us promptly about any change that affects the engagement.
- Ownership of assets: websites, profiles, accounts and content we create for you are registered to you and transferred to you at the end of the engagement, subject to payment of the fees due.
- Liability: nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid under it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties such as search engines, platforms or publishers.
- Courts: the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Confidentiality
Every request and every file is covered by default by our standard mutual NDA, on both sides, from the first message and after closing.
