The rules we don't break.
This industry has a reputation problem of its own. Fake reviews, spam sites, bogus copyright claims. These are the commitments we make to every client, and to everyone else, in writing.
No fake content, ever
No fake reviews, no fake news sites, no sockpuppet profiles, no invented credentials. Everything we publish is real, attributed and approved by the client.
No false legal claims
We never file a copyright, defamation or privacy claim we don't believe is valid. Fraudulent notices are illegal, and they eventually backfire on the person they were meant to protect.
Public interest comes first
We will not take on work to hide ongoing criminal activity, active risks to others, or genuine wrongdoing that the public has a right to know about. We assess this before every engagement.
No pressure on journalists
We ask newsrooms for corrections, updates and right of reply through proper channels. We don't threaten reporters, pay for deletions or try to interfere with legitimate reporting.
No attacks on others
We don't run smear campaigns, publish negative content about rivals, critics or former partners, or unmask anonymous people without a lawful basis.
Discretion without expiry
We never disclose who our clients are, during or after an engagement, unless the law requires it.
Honest promises
We only commit to targets we have a documented route to achieve, and we tell clients clearly what cannot be done.
Clients own their assets
Every site, profile and account we create is registered to the client and handed over at the end of the engagement.
