The basics
What is online reputation management?
Online reputation management (ORM) is the work of shaping what people find when they search for you: removing or de-indexing harmful results where rules allow, pushing down what can't be removed, and building accurate content in their place. It now includes what AI assistants say about you.
Is reputation management legal?
Yes, when it uses legitimate procedures: platform and search-engine policies, data-protection rights, copyright and defamation law, and real content. Fake reviews, fake sites and false legal claims are not legitimate, and we never use them.
Who needs reputation management?
Anyone whose name is searched before important decisions are made about them: athletes, artists, executives, founders, investors, and private families who want to stay private.
What's the difference between reputation management and PR?
PR shapes the story being told now. Reputation management shapes what stays findable afterwards: search results, knowledge panels, image results and AI answers. We work alongside PR teams, not instead of them.
Removal
Can you remove a news article from Google?
Sometimes from the source, often from name searches. Inaccurate, outdated or privacy-violating articles usually have a route. Accurate, recent public-interest journalism usually doesn't, and is outranked instead.
Can you remove leaked OnlyFans content or private images?
Yes. Leaked paid content is copyright infringement, and non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes have dedicated removal policies with search engines and platforms. These are usually our fastest removals.
Can you remove bad autocomplete suggestions?
Harmful, sexual or defamatory predictions about people can be reported under search-engine policies. Other suggestions change as search behavior changes, which is something we work on too.
What is de-indexing?
De-indexing means a page stays online but no longer appears in search results, usually for searches on your name. In Europe, the right to be forgotten is the main legal basis.
Will removed content come back?
Reposts happen. Monitoring catches them early, and repeat removals are usually faster than the first ones.
AI answers
Can you change what ChatGPT says about me?
Not directly. We change the sources AI assistants draw from: articles, encyclopedias, profiles, data brokers and structured data. That is what shifts their answers over time.
Why does an AI assistant confuse me with someone else?
Usually because the web doesn't clearly distinguish two people with the same name. Clear, consistent, verifiable facts about you are the fix.
Working with us
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices. Every engagement is quoted individually after a private audit, based on the number of results, the strength of the sites involved, the legal routes available, the countries and the urgency. The quote is fixed once agreed.
How long does it take?
Takedowns: days. De-indexing decisions: 2 to 10 weeks. Outranking strong content: 4 to 9 months. The audit gives an estimate for every result.
Do you guarantee results?
We commit to specific targets only where we have a documented route to reach them, and we keep working at no extra cost until they are met. Anyone guaranteeing to "delete everything" is not being honest.
Can my agent, manager or lawyer deal with you instead of me?
Yes. We sign NDAs with representatives and report to whoever you choose.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We cover the main search engines and AI assistants in multiple countries and languages, with partner law firms where a local procedure is needed.
Privacy
Will anyone know I hired you?
No. We never disclose clients, and requests are made in ways designed not to draw attention.
What happens to my data?
It is stored encrypted, accessed only by the case team, and deleted when the file closes, except where the law requires us to keep records. See our privacy policy.
